Then we create a task backlog in Jira, prioritize all the tasks and provide estimates. We pick tasks from the top of the backlog for the upcoming sprint (which usually takes 2 weeks). The billing relies on the timelog which we will send to you right after the demo. You may change and add tasks and their priority in the backlog. But we don’t encourgae sprint scope changes during the sprint. We normally build product iteration by iteration, and provide you with a working piece of functionality at the end of each sprint. All the project-related documentation is stored in a Wiki.

What pricing models do we work with, the payment types we accept?

We offer multiple menagement models, Managed sevrices, managed support, Customization & Development for new project (Time and Materials) contract; however, in some cases, we can offer a Fixed Price contract. Mainly, we charge per person monthly or hourly rates. We can accept wire transfer payments to our bank account.
