Job Description
·
4+ years of experience minimum 2-3 Dynamics
CRM implementations end to end.
·
Collaborate with other software
developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to
implement Microsoft Dynamics 365/ CRM solutions.
·
Design and develop solutions which
meet the requirements as specified by the business and in accordance with
departmental standards and policies.
·
Customize the system to meet the
business needs of the company.
·
Integrate existing systems and
services into the CRM architecture.
·
Ensure that development work is fully
documented to assist in future maintenance activities.
·
Provide accurate estimates for
required development work and take personal responsibility for delivering
within these time scales.
·
Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics
CRM platform, XRM Framework, the entity model, security model, Web services and
WebAPI
·
Extensive .NET Framework and C#
development experience including experience with the CRM API, REST/ODATA and
SOAP endpoints.
·
Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form
Customization and CRM Administration, Power Automate, Power apps
·
Hands on experience in C#.Net, Java Script, MS SQL,
MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit.
·
Experience in Workflows, JavaScripts, Plugins, Form
Customization, Console jobs and CRM Administration.
·
Experience in MS CRM & 3rd party Integration
using Middleware Tools/ API's(REST, ODATA Web API's) /SSIS packages.
·
Experience using MS Dynamics CRM SDK
for the application development and creating custom workflow activities,
plug-ins and advanced client-side scripting
·
Working knowledge of third-party
Extraction, Transformation and Loading tools (SSIS) using Kingsway Soft would
be a plus
·
Work closely with technical Project
Managers and Business Analysts to assist in determining time frames, quality
levels, budgets, project structure and key project results.
·
Develop, maintain and update project
success methodologies and frameworks to determine KPIs, policies, forms,
templates and documentation to steer projects from initiation till completion.
·
Develop and continue to refine CRM
implementation standards and tools. Must have knowledge of latest CRM versions
(365/Cloud/On Prem).
·
Experience in SharePoint is plus
·
Experience working in financial
sector is plus
